PizzaSalad

Our Fresh and Organic Menu

PizzaSalad Organic PizzasPizzaSalad is America’s first pizza restaurant to offer a menu wholly comprised of USDA certified organic ingredients. Everything, and we mean everything, PizzaSalad offers is made only with USDA certified organic ingredients, unless we specifically note otherwise. Our organic gourmet pizzas and salads, give you a natural, healthy, and more flavorful choice. We also proudly offer options for special dietary or allergy requirements such as dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, vegan, or low-fat.

Our Organic Pizzas and Salads

At PizzaSalad, every part of your pizza and salad is made with organic ingredients, not just the tomato sauce or a couple of toppings or just the salad greens. We mean the entire menu is made of certified organic ingredients unless we specifically note an item or topping to be “all-natural”.

PizzaSalad’s organic pizza dough is made fresh every day using only:

  • USDA certified 100% wheat, unbleached flour
  • USDA certified organic extra-virgin olive oil
  • yeast which has not been produced or handled with genetically engineered organisms, irradiation or sewage sludge
  • salt with no additives
  • filtered water

PizzaSalad makes its organic signature pizza sauces and rubs entirely with USDA certified organic ingredients. The tomato sauce contains only organic tomatoes, herbs, and spices and the olive oil and garlic rub, too, is 100% USDA certified organic.

And the pizza cheese? That, too, is 100% USDA certified organic at PizzaSalad.

PizzaSalad also offers an extensive selection of USDA certified organic toppings so you can create your favorite all-organic pizza!

Special Diets

PizzaSalad is sensitive to special dietary needs such as dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and low-fat. Our menu is written to enable you to make the right choice for your health. We appreciate that millions of people live with food sensitivities and intolerances. People with untreated food intolerance or food sensitivities of which they are unaware are at increased risk of serious diseases like diabetes, obesity, bowel cancer, dementia and arthritis.

What is Food Sensitivity or Food Intolerance?
